YHC doesn't know who started The Standard. There are at least a couple that would be glad to take credit. Not sure any of them regularly post anymore, certainly not at bootcamps. But TheStandard has been a regular part of YHCs F3 experience in a number of forms over the years: 2ndF paced TheStandard, 1stF paced TheStandard, Bootcamp TheStandard, OCR TheStandard, Sprinterval TheStandard, and even Ruck TheStandard but never has YHC been a part of TheStandard when it involved a Mini Me, 3 bowls of chips, endless bottles of salsa, and all of the fellowship a pax could want. IT WAS GLORIOUS.
We were joined by M Hacker, Duvall, Hacker, then Zamboni and LKN Taco Tuesday was off. The best thing that came out of today, outside of the aforementioned TheStandard, was probably trying the pastor authentico. Tasty for sure and easily a 9/10. And introduced by M Hacker who had no problem picking out Mini Me and YHC from a distance as F3 guys despite having never met us (Hacker had not yet arrived). She was looking for our Garmins to distinguish us as F3 guys but…
