YHC woke up this morning around 0230 with a feeling that something was forgotten. Unable to figure it out, I retreated back into sweet slumber. Then YHC woke up again and wondered how much time until my alarm would go off…but it was already 0512. The thing forgotten was setting the alarm! Jumped out of bed, got ready as quickly as possible, and had to drive to Arnie's to steal some blocks (I'll get you back Turncoat). Came in hot to DS at 0532 to see the pax starting to walk to the back of GCC. No disclaimer given, quick instructions, no warm-up, EXERCISE!

Moleskine

  • Strong work by all. Great to see guys pushing it to get it done. All finished 3 round, some got through part of the 4th, and Popcorn, Hawk-Guy,  Auto, and DH completed all 4.
  • Not YHC's best day out – not sure if it was the sugary bowl of cereal consumed last night, the lack of water, the tight hamstring, or just one of those days. In any case, this showed me that I certainly need to push myself harder (and possibly not eat Dunkin Donuts cereal the night before).
  • Auto got back from R2R2R and went straight into Beast Mode. Glad to have you back out at bootcamps. You still owe me a Q at The Sword.
  • Awesome to see Uncle Rico back out – hope to make him a Dragon Slayer regular.
  • Honeysuckle Blue putting in the work every week. Thanks for bringing out those blocks. Oh yeah, Dragon Slayer has a block pile now next to the kettlebell container!

 

Next week DonHo has the Q. It won't be IPC but it is guaranteed to be hard. Turncoat already HC'd for it!
