The MericanatorTM

Folks, this #BB is one (1) week and a day late, and for that I am sorry.  We had nine strong showing up at The Brickyard, heads-a-scratchin', tryin' to figure out exaclty 'how' the mericans were going to be used in the 'MericanatorTM'.  I think it's important to trademark some things, as ……well……before you know it, folks up north or down south will be absconding with our intellectual property.  Now, we can't have THAT happening, can we?  It was an excellent workout, as we added ONE Merican after each exercise, in accumulating fashion.  Hence, #theMerianator moniker.  How did it go down you ask?  Well…..allow me to share:

*Mericans were NOT in cadence (IC)

Warm Ups (IC): SSH 30 1 Merican (M), IST 20, 2 M, CP's 10, 3 M, MC's 15, 4M, CDD's 20, 5M, SDS 20, 6M, mozy up hill to next parking lot.

The Thang: COP–I can't remember which exercises we did here, but we did about 2-3, with addition of Mericans after each exercise.

THEN, we ran to a nearby hill below a wall, Ladder 1, 1 8 count body buider, bear crawl up hill, 1 wall push-up, run down hill.  Ladder up, by 1's, to 5 for both, then take a 10 count.  11M.  Ladder 2 down 5-1 doing the same 8 counts below, bear crawl up, and wall pushups at the top, this sucked.  12M. Mozy to back of our AO, Man carry to far end, 2 men carry one guy-3 legs overall, each man was carried once.  We were nine after all, so groups of three worked splendidly, really.  13M.

All grab two blocks, 30 curls IC. 14M, 20 mil presses IC, 15 M, 25 skull crushers IC, 16M.  Run to front of building.

Mary: Freddie Mercs 20 IC, 17 M.  Recover, recover.

-First, let me apologize again for being so late creating this #BB

-Dewey, thanks for the reigns.

-ALL, it was great to see the differing methods of mancarry, y'all did very well with this.

-The MericanatorTM was a take off of Rentacop's MericanClockTM workout.  I am hoping you enjoyed it.  I've always been a bit curious as to how many groups of exercises during a Q, now we know!

-The ladder, both up and down, was downright awful.  Thanks, My Brethren, for suffering through it with me.

-The latter COP (curls, mil presses, etc.) was a steamer, and the PAX let YHC know as much:-/

-We are ALL 'freed to lead', please take the reigns as often as you can, as it is a humbling and rewarding experience all at the same time.
