The Mighty Jungle


13 PAX hit it hard at the Mighty Jumgle on this beautiful saturday morning.  Needless to say not much yard work was getting done after this beat down

 

The Thang

Warmed up with the standard fare of:

10 Windmills

25 Stride Straddle Hops

21 Cotton Pickers

20 Mountain Climbers

Took a mosey around the park lot with a few butt kickers and karoake's and made our way over to the infamous block pile.  Zamborinied the blockes over to the fourth parking area

Then the real fun began Rocket ladder style

The first rung in the ladder was Block Curls and Burpees progressive style

Sprinted to the Burpee station and did 1 Burpee sprinted back to the Blocks and did 10 Curls, progressed to 2 Burpees, 9 Curls and continued the progression to until the Pax reached 10 Burpees and 1 curl.  Continued with 4 more ladder rungs

2nd   –  Overhead Presses and Mericans

3rd   – Skull Crushers andd Carolina Docks

4th (but only half) –  Block Bench Presses and Pullups

Zamborinied the blocks back to their home and proceeded with you call it Mary

 

Since this was my virign que the cadence was off a bit at first but I started to get the hang of it after a bit.  Still need some more practice though… Thank you to the Pax that joined me this morning and endured my first que.
