9 Faithful and 1 FNG gathered on a cool Monday morning to start the week off with little pain.  4 met the standard for 3.3 miles before the clocked said 5:30 and off we went stopping at the end of the parking lot for COP wait 1 more straggler flying in the parking lot  mosey back over to his car and cirlce the wagon until he is ready to join the pax.  Now were ready Mosey back to the end of the parking lot COP SSH x 10 1 Burpie,  Mosey down the road behind the office building COP SSH x 10 Burpies x 2,  Mosey to the area now known as the Top.  Soy Bean Farmers x 10 Burpies x 3,  Mosey to the first light pole this area now known as the Middle Top.  Windmill x 10, burpies x 4  Mosey to the next light pole this area now known as the middle bottom.  IST x 10 Burpies x 5.  Mosey to the end of the parking lot this area now known as the bottom.  Instructions from the Q.  Start at the Bottom with 10 Squats and do 10 everytime at the bottom.  Merkins x 10 each time by the middle bottom going down x 2 with each new round.  2 8 count body builders each time by the Middle Top and Merkins x 10 at the top going down by 2 each round.  Finish with 2 merkins at the top and plank for the rest of the pax.  Mosey over to the new Horseshoe parking lot.  5 walking lunges each leg then 5 squats.  5 bunny hops, 5 squats.  5 broad jumps 5 squats.  Repeto 3x.  Mosey over to stairs bunny hop up stairs 3x mosey over to benches for dips x10 Step ups x 10 dips x 10 Return to Parking lot for Mary.  LBC x 25, Box Cutter x 10, Cutter Box x 10, Low Flutter x 30, Low Dolly x 15
