We met at pool parking lot in the The Gates of Denver, 379 Glencrest Dr, Stanley NC 28164. Hefty and Marker missed yesterday’s Murph at ELHS Mustang, so we completed it this morning:

Run and walked a 1 mile
No mumblechatter after all it was The Murph. Hefty walk on an injured foot during The Murph; heal fast my friend.
Hefty and I doubled down and stayed for Bertha’s Broga.
