FNG-1 is Matt and as of Saturday is now known as “Gator”. Gator completed his rookie Murph. Also today Cheese completes his first Murph without any assistance on pull-ups… Gotta get them GAINS!
0530 and Travolta and Sparrow already started running. 0531 and Sparrow is done with the first mile. Not bad at all considering he wasn’t even going to post today… but apparently it was God’s will that forced him from the fartsack and not only posted but got here early.
We ran our mile then had a completely disorganized attempt to complete…
100 Pull-ups
200 merkins
300 squats
Then we ran another mile. YHC noticed a teacher had unlocked the track gate to run some laps, so naturally I had to join for my 2nd mile AND give the EH. Something about the bounce on the rubber track and new faces.

And that was evident first thing this AM with Sparrow breaking from his own will and posting. Travolta speaks about the squirrels and mean quarrels going on throughout Philippians. This prompted YHC to send him Ray Stevens Mississippi Squirrel Revival

- Gator might be moving in another week. He just switched from an apple watch to the Garmin Tactix 7 which he found on a nice clearance deal.
- Outage starts for YHC on Wednesday so posting will be limited
- Cheese completes all pull-ups unassisted. Gains come slow, but gains are gains!
- Sparrow runs early avoiding the fartsack
- Travolta has the day off today. While rains slows down construction, it doesn’t stop farming… so he doesn’t really get the day off
- Iron Horse goes “full Chippendale” and we were all minutes away from a full Cantore!… though that doesn’t really count if it’s not pouring rain when you leave the house.
- Missed some of you today. Let’s get some old faces back out there!
