The No Plan Plan

Normally, failing to plan is planning to fail, but today it somehow seemed to work out.  I guess I planned to wing it.  Anyway, YHC led a rather chattery pax through a full body physical improvement session and all were pleased.  Here's the gist of what we did:

Mosey away from the cars and circle up for SSH, Hillbilly, Windmill, Long Snapper, Mountain Climbers, Squats, Mericans, and some hamstring and hip flexor stretches.  

We then moseyed across the railroad tracks "Stand By Me" style and grabbed some small rocks to utilize. We did the following: 

Tippy Bird, lateral raises, Squat to Press, chest fly, eye buster, alternating curls, tricep kickbacks, back flys.  Rep counts varied by difficulty of exercise, as determined by the Q.

Mosey to town hall for a partnered-up DORA; 100 Mericans, 200 squats, 300 LBC as a team, with laps around town hall.

Mosey back to launch for scissor kicks, pretzel crunch, freddie mercury, and ww2 sit-ups.  10 seconds of elbow plank stretched it to a 45 minute workout.

Moses took us out.

As mentioned, mumble chatter was constant.  Many times, I was the only one counting.
