YHC and Waffle House showed up just in time to keep Jersey Boy from abandoning the empty parking lot at the Viking. What followed was a WIB that should have been left in the bag.

Mosey to the lower parking lot, where we executed 7 rounds of the following with hill springs in between each round.
50 crunches, 40 SSH, 30 merkins, 20 squats, 10 burpees…decrease the burpees by 1 each time. All other exercise reps stays constant.
Totals: 350 crunches, 280 SSH, 210 merkins, 140 squats, 49 burpees, and 1.7 miles.
After jumping out of the way of incoming Camp Gladiator car traffic a couple times and greeting the ladies running parking lot circles, we ended out 7th round and vacated the lower lot.
Mosey to the playground for 1 round of 10 pullups.
Mosey to the parking lot for 3 minutes of Mary: low flutter 10 IC, high flutter 10 IC, rosalita 10 IC, low dolly 10 IC, Homer to Marge 5 times. Recover. Recover.

This should really be considered a co-Q because, as I was explaining that we would run somewhere in between sets, Jersey Boy said, "that's fine, as long as it isn't this hill we're running down." Soooo, tclaps to Jersey Boy for leading us into an effectively designed workout, with hill repeats.
