Warmorama:  Standard warm-up to get blood flowing and HR going…. 

The Thang:  Head out to the track to run a couple laps…

Next exercise is: 

  • 10 Merkins , 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Merkins

Run 1/4 distance on the track

  • 10 Merkins , 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Merkins
  • 20 Squats

Run 1/2 distance on the track

  • 10 Merkins , 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Merkins
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 LBC

Run 3/4 distance on the track

  • 10 Merkins , 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Merkins
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 LBC
  • 1 Burpe

Run a full lap

  • 10 Merkins , 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Merkins
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 LBC
  • 1 Burpe

Run 3/4 distance on the track

  • 10 Merkins , 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Merkins
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 LBC

Run 1/2 distance on the track

  • 5 Merkins , 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Merkins
  • 20 Squats

Run 1/4 distance on the track

  • 10 Merkins , 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Merkins

 

Run back to the green and Pax deciding to do 75 LBC and 10 ish wide Merkins….

Alright, Alright, there was a little bit of snow and moslty slush. Pax certainly appreciated it while doing some LBC's
