arm rotations, WM,TS,ST, CP,D/U dog,calf raises. Stairway to 11.
Main Thang
Mosey lap around PL with stops for: burpees, CHS, dips, step ups, merkins, lunges, 3 x sets of PU on down under bars, wall sit. Mosey back to launch pad for KBs. We did several sets of: 1/2 and full curls, shoulder press, SC, Trifectas, rows, dead lift, sumo squats, American swings, LM Pulls., on six for: American hammers, chest press, OH extend, SUs, plank pull throughs. Cooled down with LBCs, low flutter.
