11 of the hardest working pax in Isotope discovered a new hill to do burpees on at FKT and crushed The Glen. Here is their story:

The Boatguster influence is clearly getting to Tugs as he is ready to pay dues to erect portajohns throughout the greater Isotope area. He is already picking out his favorite version of Charmin. Cherrybomb and Popcorn are clearly baiting him with a two fer from Golds. All the TP you want and the sweaty dudes grunting excessively and checking their phones between sets is free. YHC still has faith. As long as our own reformed Golds dude stays pure, we'll be fine. And Jobe was pure this morning with temps well above freezing. YHC can deal with the gloves and tights and all the cold weather just don't let them do the aquaman thing anymore. Its the worst part of winter. Poptart finally broke free of his "work" excuse and crushed The Glen. He's the only one that knew about the old folks section of Birkdale. Its like the lost city of Atlantis but surrounded by uptight soccer moms on the east side, the occasional meth arrest to the south, and Goatbusters as far as the eye can see to the north and west.

Nevertheless, Tugs, Frodo and YHC met The Standard. Its 2 miles at FKT because its faster and Auto needs his sleep…allegedly. Chamois is back from not doing mericans so it must be time to go fast. Disclaimer because a judge was present and we're off.

Run hard to The Glen but stop at every street for Mericans and WWIIs. Judge Scrap informed us that apparently its only a street if you can get a DWI on it. Jobe wouldn't know since he didn't drop the extra cash for tailgate speakers on his rig. But Lego knows, he wanted to stop, more so for the solo cups and jello shots. We ain't got time for that. We hit The Glen hard, burpees always at the top, Ohnos at the bottom mostly meaning do a leg exercise and then oh no its back up this thang. Again and again and again. We fluttered for a moment then high tailed it home. Swingy was nice enough to hang back for a nantan moment and give up the FKT. Looked like Tugs had it by a nose or that may have been the TP flailing off the front of his foot.

Don't tell the Boatgusters but we made a play for Tugs this morning. They aren't the only ones that can pull a man in. Thats the real reason why BC and Anchovy showed up. BC only shows up to close. Or get coffee. 2:10 is very reasonable considering all the FKTs you missed to train. You got this. The real money is on the fish who refused to do even a neck roll but has 1:33 in the bag.

QPR training is Thurs at 6:30 PM in Huntersville. Its like CPR but for suicide prevention. We all need it. Be there.

Speed for Need is pushing two vets at the Dale Beatty Memorial 5K in support of Purple Heart Homes on March 12th at 10 AM. Full Moon is heading up pushing duties on one chair. Need another pax to step up to head up the other. Don't miss this opportunity. It will be one of the best races you run all year.

Always appreciate the opportunity Frodo to spin the wheel at FKT. The wheel always delivers. If anything, its shocking that the glorious piece of Mutha pie hasn't been eaten yet. Next month marks 1 year of FKT meaning the wheel resets. All the joy returns. Put in your HC now for the March wheel as it will be a party like no other. All the pain. Most of the burpees. Frodo has the Q. Until the next time…
