Not much of a plan, fear not when you have PAX who can be your peronal Weinkes. When Canuck is in attendence, start with side straddle hops as your fist warm up. He will modify. Your second excersise is then what ever modification chosen by Canuck. No need to ever plan a warm up again with the exception of Moroccan Night Clubs, you'll have to select that one on your own. You are welcome.
As many of you know, Canuck likes to get in two mile, so the plan was to run the greenway for a mile, stoping for excersises and then turn around and repeat. So, off we went. (Canuck, Cousin Eddie, Hollywood and me)
1st stop at the wood fense. Incline 'Mericans and decline 'Mericans
2nd stop at the bench – Reverse lunges, calf raises and forward lunges.
Under the bridge and to the bridge over the stream. Cousine Eddy, "Hey look there are rocks". So, we grabbed a rock and did squates, bent over rows, curls (low, high and full), shoulder press, skull crushers, and chest press with low flutter.
Rocks back and back to 2nd stop at the bench – Reverse lunges, calf raises and forward lunges.
Back to 1st stop at the wood fense. Incline 'Mericans and decline 'Mericans
Run to wood bridge for a mobility moment in honor of Goat.
Run back to the start for Mary lead by my personal Weinkes
Stapler – Pretzle Crunch
Hollywood – Burpees (Boooooooo) must have been a typo
Cousine Eddie – LBC
Canuck – Not sure of the name, but a lot of leg work and mobility, great sequence (Jersey Boy showed up in street clothing on the second leg
Jersey Boy – XO
Great group and wonderful way to start the day. Jersey, Cousin Eddie and I headed for coffee and discussion. Thank you Cousin Eddie for allowing me to Q.
