The Price is Wrong, B****


12 Pax this morning for YHC's VQ – The Price is Wrong, B****!   It was a large and economically diverse crowd.

After a quick warm-up, we headed to grab some blocks – and thought the gate was locked.  A special thank you to Hasselhoff for figuring out how to open a simple gate!  Disaster averted.

Everyone grabbed a block and we headed towards the pull-up bars in the bus parking lot, doing some walking lunges, curls and overhead presses along the way.  That's where we began the "12 Days of The Price is Wrong, B****" modeled after the Christmas Classic – The Twelve Days of Christmas.  

Round 1 – 70 yard sprint (35 down, 35 back)

Round 2 – 2 pull-ups and a 70 yard sprint.
Round 3 – 3 burpees, 2 pull-ups, and a 70 yard sprint. 

and so on .. 12 rounds total:

  1. 70 yard sprint (12 total sprints)
  2. 2 pull-ups (22 total pull-ups)
  3. 3 Burpees – (30 total burpees)
  4. 4 Lawn Mowers (each side)(36 total lawn mowers)
  5. 5 Skull Crushers (40 total skull crushers)
  6. 6 merkins (42 total merkins)
  7. 7 Block Curls (42 total block curls)
  8. 8 Block OH Press (40 total block curls)
  9. 9 WW2 Situps (36 total WW2 Situps
  10. 10 Block Squats (30 total block squats)
  11. 11 LBC's (22 total LBC's)
  12. 12 8 Count Block burners (12 total)

Grabbed the blocks and headed back towards the main parking lot where we left our blocks, moseyed to the road and did 12 Monkey Humpers, IC.  Moseyed back to the blocks, picked them up and headed back to the block pile, with some curls, OH press and Zampori's along the way.

Finished strong with some Mary, 12 of everything.  Recover Recover.
