The Thang – Hit the Number

  • Part I – near the gym entrace – partner up, one exercises and the other runs until you reach the number
    • 100 burpees – quadraphelia up the parking lot
    • 200 merkins – karaoke to the stop side
    • 300 squats – sprint up the hill
  • Part II – near the pull up bars
    • 100 pull ups – 3 exercise and 3 plank
    • 200 shoulder taps – 3 exercise and 3 wall sit against the pull up poles
    • 300 lunges – 6 do 50 lunges each

Mary

  • 30 LBC's IC
  • 15 Pretzel Crunch IC each side
  • 20 Freddie Mercuries IC

Challenge to the every PAX – Be a leader, step up and take a Q in June.  Do it for the man next to you, he needs it.

MC

  • Glad Spork arrived a few minutes late, it got us to an even number for partners.  He was excused as he was tending to his new cat Ricky
  • Puddle is getting back into the swing after posting a few times at SVU he came to Mustang, started back slow and now running with the big dogs (maybe less vodka/tonics next week?)
  • Cornholio is a yoga master, twisting and contorting himself into positions never seen before
  • Clark did all 25 SSH's.  Wait…..WWWHHHAAAATTTTT???? 
  • C# was thrilled when the first set was….gulp…100 burpees
  • This was YHC's 3rd Q this week (M, W, Sat) – just felt right going for the Trifecta given it's Triple Crown season
