No Q had signed up by 11 pm on Friday, so YHC went ahead and planned something out. I had checked the “national day of calendar” and noticed that Dec 2 was national play basketball day in honor of Naismith’s birthday… except it wasn’t Naismith’s birthday nor national play basketball day. Being too late to change course I kept the theme. Arriving to the parking lot 2 PAX were present, time to get going.. but where was everyone? Scare of the bit of rain? Still OOT? Run to the other end, 100 flutter Kicks (100 each leg)
Run to the other end, 100 lunges (50 each leg)
Mosey to the Down Under bar
10 IC Standard grip
10 IC reverse grip
10 IC pistol grip
10 IC wide grip
Mosey to the block pile, grab a block
Complete 5 tempo, 5 low slow and deep, 5 tempo then 5 more low slow and deep of the following
Curls
Shoulder Press
Skull Crushers
Then repeato that whole thing
Now perform 10 each of the following
Milk jugs
Upright row
Thrusters
repeato the whole thing again
