The Razorback “House of Horrors” @ Hollywood


15 Pax came out to try the “Razorback” and it sucked!  YHC looked for the best spot in Birkdale run the routine.  He consulted with Holiday and Deep Dish and they recommended the “Ramp”.  After the workout they admitted they based their recommendation on incomplete information. The routine took the whole time and left time for one Mary exercise.

Warm-O-Rama:

  • Mosey (Around the parking lot)

  • Windmills x10 IC (Slow)
  • Cotton Pickers x10 IC

The Thang:

Nolan Richardson Routine: Partner 1 will perform each exercise denoted below as Partner 2 backpedals 50 yards, performs a " Bobby Hurley" & jogs back to continue the exercise from the count accumulated by Partner 1. This will continue until the repetition count stated below is met.

  • Burpees (150)
  • Squats (300)
  • WWII Sit Ups (150) modified from Big Boy Sit-ups
  • Little Baby Arm Circles (300)
  • Merkins (150)
  • Imperial Walker (300) really tough!

Mary:

  • X’s O’s 3 sets

Moleskin:

  • The Nolan Richardson “Razorback” routine is a Pax pleaser. Pax called BS on the 150 burpees but then said “not so bad”.  With the running circuit and partner exchange it worked! Pain for everyone!

  • Good to see the travelers: Tantrum and Jingle Bells
  • BounceyHouse and Dry Rub are quite the pair! Helping each other use their strengths to whip the “Razorback”.
  • Code Blue was killing it today.  He has been on fire the last few weeks.  He devoured the “Razorback”
  • Turbo termed the “Razorback” as the “House of Horrors”
  • Holiday sent the best backhanded compliment. “Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, Valentine’s Day Sucks Because of your Q!"
