Old Blue is a rucksack. I’d imagine the mileage its owner has logged with it could be compared to traveling across the country. YHC learned over the past couple of years that BagBoy has such a special fondness for his ruck that he’s named it Old Blue; lots of battle scars and memories were made with Old Blue. 

As Tumbleweed and YHC performed various circuits across the soccer field and around the track, Old Blue was always in sight as BagBoy rucked back and forth, performing the same exercises and at times modifying as needed to avoid aggravating injuries. 

We watched Chilly Willy wrapping up his 2o mile run around the track in preparation for his upcoming marathon. We also saw Tuffy show up at the track for solo training. We ran a couple of fellowship laps for Stray who is battling injury.

It was a fine morning, full of inspiration and discipline and a true example of Iron Sharpening Iron.
