This is not a good backblast
My last post prior to had been in Jan of 2019 which at that point I had been on a roll of posting. A bad shoulder and lower back got me out of posting and out of a good routine. Looking forward to many post this year, I have many LBS to work off.
So just like this very delayed post I didn't put a ton of thought into how to run the work and the guys picked up on it pretty quick (heck I had to speed to get to the workout as I fell back asleep at 4:45 and got up at 5:12) Just one random exercise to the next. We did a few burpees here, some step ups there, dips then we head to blocks. I call it the tour of the blocks, carry blocks above your head as we circled the school. Being as out of shape as I was in It was hard to keep the blocks up. So when the shoulders burned we stopped and did some kinda exercise, as random as the rest of the workout.
I was happy to surprise my own Q.
So last week I made a bet with my bestfriend. We weigh in on 3/1 and then 4/1 to see who is the biggest loser, my goal is to drop 10.. Stay tuned.
