It was raining so YHC preblasted for PAX to meet at shelter at 0529. Mater returns and Crabby rolled in quietly in his EV. Here is how it went:
Warmup
- SSH 20 IC
- Windmills 10 IC
- Moutain Climbers 20 IC
- Suicides (X5) 10 Mountain Climbers, 2 broad jumps, run to other side of shelter and back
Beatdown
Modified Triple Nickle: Round 1: 5 reps, Round 2: 10 Reps, Round 3: 15 reps, Round 4: 20 Reps, Round 5: 25 reps. Each round was exercise followed by run to opposite side, exercise at that end and return.
1st Set: Curls with Blocks and Merkins
2nd Set: Skull Crushers and Squats
3rd Set: Chest press and Burpees
4th Set: Shoulder press or Bent over Rows (PAX choice) and Lunges – Crabby was the only one that was able to finish.
