At 0529, YHC sat in the parking lot of THE Meat Locker thinking about what needs to be done for my trip to Florida tomorrow. I look forward to getting away for the first time since COVID. At 0530, I am expecting someone to pull in to join me for the Beatdown. 0531, I begin SSH, thinking that a late arrival will pull up at anytime. The sad clown beatdown went down as such:

1 round equals 1 lap around the parking lot stopping in each corner to do the following exercise
- round 1- 7 merkins
- round 2- 14 side lunges (1 is 1)
- round 3 – 21 shoulder taps (2 is 1)
- round 4 – 28 squats
- round 5 – 21 hand release merkins (THESE SUCKED)
- round 6 – 14 lunges (1 is 1)
- round 7 – 7 burpees
