Run to LBH: 10 Burpees and 100 single count flutter kicks.
Mosey to back, pain stations:
Back playground: counter is 20 x beam squats and shoulder press, station 2 is block trifectas, station 3 is battering ram rows/shoulder shrugs.
After round 1 run to Big Hill: 10 Burpees and 50 hello dollys.
Mosey to back playground and repeato.
After round 2 run to LBH: 10 Burpees and 60 flutter kicks.
Mosey to back playground and repeato.
Time up – gear up and mosey to AO.
