The Skunks Have The Q


YHC had plans for an off campus adventure but was happy to Omaha when I saw Cupcake in the parking lot doing LBCs at 5:20.  There are plenty of hills near The Brickyard.

Cross the street for Windmill, Cherry Picker, Toy Soldier, IST

Second Omaha of the morning when 2 skunks prevented us from heading to the rock pile.

The Thang

All together- 1 merkin, run 50 yards up hill, 1 squat, run back, plank until all pax in place.  Repeato up to 10×10.

Now skunk free, run to the blocks and circle up for 3 rounds of lifting heavy things, 15/10/5 reps.  Each pax choose a different exercise each round.  Run to top for 15 merkins and 10 squats in between.

Run the long way back- up hill, around building- to a recover/recover with 30 seconds to spare.

650 calories in 45 minutes accoreding to Mr Garmin…not too shabby
