WARM UP

 

-Mosey to the back to grab a block.

-Indian run with the block to the stairs.

 

-Run down the stairs – 10 Burpees – Run back up the stairs – Squats at the top

-Run down the stairs – 10 Burpees – Run back up the stairs – Merkins at the top

-Run down the stairs – 10 Burpees – Run back up the stairs – LBCs at the top

-Run down the stairs – 10 Burpees – Run back up the stairs – Low Flutter/Dolly at the top

-Run down the stairs – 10 Burpees –– Run back up the stairs – Carolina Dry Docks at the top

 

-Indian run with the block back to AO.

*It seems SVU has not visited the stairs much since I left.

*Two deer tried to join the workout.

*Yard sale crowds were EVERYWHERE.
