The Naked Mole Skin

It was hot and sweaty in the stair well even with the rain to cool it down. Some cheated the stairs but got shamed to finish strong. You know who you are Slackers. This ws a sneaky full body workout with all upper body up on the top, Legs on the stairs, and all Abs at the Bottom. HSB and Camelback were digging the playlist (Old Gold on Spotify), some were not Strutter. Still good to have some tunes on to keep your mind off the pain. I think it took Yogi 43 mins to figure out what we were doing but when your 76 years old does it matter?  Im still amazed how Night Ranger has taken off over the years! Lets keep it going strong! Beernado next week, oh boy
