1906 Pax headed to pull-up bars at the school (but we did not do any pull-ups 🙂 ). Instead on the menu:

Gave Pax a 5 second breather and then we headed out to DUMC and picked up a paver. On the menu:

20 bend over rows

20 LBC's
Run one lap in parking lot
Repoto 3 time decreasing the reps by 5 and increasing the running laps by 1
Headed back to AO and add extra so we did some Low flutters, LBC, Squats
