Sorry y'all for the delayed backblast (been a hectic couple of days). Also appologies if I left anyone off the roster, my phone recording had some issues (and my memory is crap) I tried to get everyone. I know Slow Roll was there but doesn't have a tag yet. But anyway, we put some work in, ignored the humidity and moved some bricks around.
Warmorama:
Mosey around to the far side of the parking lot, karioki, quadraphelia, high knees and butt kickers along the way.
Circle up for disclaimer, SSH, IST, Toy Soldier, arm-circles and 'Mercans.
The Thang:
Grab some blocks, line them up in the parking lot (we'll come back to those).
-Start off the ladders with 12 'Mercians (IC), 12 pullups, lungewalk over to blocks, 12 curls, 12 skull-crushers and 12 shoulder presses, reverse lunge back to starting position
– Repeato with 10 of each (swap out reverse lunge for quadraphelia for the less coordinated)
– Repeato with 8 of each. Insert some LBC's and low flutters.
– Repeato with 6 of each.
Once everyone was thoroughly sick of the blocks we put those back and moseyed over to the wall.
Peoples chair + air press (30 sec), then to the benches for dips (x15 IC).
Repeato PC with touch dem heals (30 sec), back to benches for dips (x15IC)
Peoples chair alone for 45 sec, back to benches for slow dips (x15 IC).

Moleskin:
All in all a solid day, solid work by some solid PAX. Didn't let the humidity get in our way and started the week out on a good note!
