We came.  We saw.  We conquered Monday morning.

we took a quick half lap to the top of the lot and warmed up.  Side straddle hop, emperial storm trooper, Dwight shrimp got us loose.

10x pull-ups, followed by 10x curls got our biceps ready for tank top weather.

we took a half lap, did 1 exercise, argued over whether to do 1 exercise or two per stop and how far to run.  To calm the mumble chatter, we aligned on quarter laps and 2 exercises per stop.

10x curls and 10x chest press with low flutter in cadence

quarter lap to the box…

15x dips and 10x tai-bo squats in cadence

quarter lap to the fire pit…

5x burpees and 10x lunges per leg

quarter lap to the exit sign…

10x merkins and 10x Apollo Onos in cadence

and then we respected 2 more times

Force might have shown up with his posse about 6:00.  Really?  6:00?

we wrapped with Amens fav, the Shakira Lopez.

2.1 mikes at 550 calories burned.  Good start to a Monday.
