Some pax not to be named here came in hot and drove over some cones the Q had placed throughout the parking lot.

15 Slow windmill
Mosey Buttkickers and High knees to the cones
The Thang:
Of Course the Q brought his radio and a timer and started the first set as such
Set 1 : Every Minute on the minute
Pax Ran to second set of cones
did 1 merican and 1 WW2
Increase by one rep for each exercise ex Round 2 : 2 merican 2 world war 2’s
Perform 12 rounds of each.
Set 2 : Every minute on the minute
Pax ran to first set of cones
Perform 1 Burpee and 1 squat
Perform 10 rounds of each.
Last Set.
Pax split into groups of three
2 pax do a plank and the other pax bear crawl come back and perform 15 reps on the rope.
Perform 7 sets per pax.
