0530:

WARM-O-RAMA

Stations that included:

  • A box for box jumping. No, there was not a person inside of it
  • A kettle bell for swings
  • Two jump ropes
  • Cinder blocks for shoulder presses
  • Bricks for front shoulder raises
  • And a bag (courtesy of Bagboy by way of Wingman) as our timer

Some wall things and some laps thrown in.

Moleskin:

  1. Beave has the Q next week to celebrate his 60th Birthday! Cmon out and support a “double respect”.
  2. Lego graced us from Troutman (roast reference) and is looking fit these days. Good to see you bud.
  3. Eeyore graced us from his Davidson mansion and had the most aggressive jump roping.
  4. Great to see Uncle Rico, it’s been a while Sir. Don’t call him a dance Dad, he’s a tennis Dad.
  5. YHC shamefully didn’t tag 9 Lives in the Preblast. But that didn’t stop him from texting Eeyore, Big Montana, and Dingo. What great friends we have here!
  6. Pillager just sort of appeared out of the woods and dominated this workout.
  7. Lambo also dominated and was the best jump roper and best box jumper.
  8. Though Auto might be the only Pax to try to jump 36 inches on the box jump.
  9. If you are not on Twitter like Estwing, you get a personal text to join us!
  10. Thank you Turncoat for bringing the bricks and for the opportunity to lead!
