Todays goal was to keep moving for 45 straight minutes. We took the longest route all the way around the paved surface of NM park stopping several times for one execise and then back running. Total running was 1.5 miles (per Axel's GPS). Personally I thought it would have been closer to 2 miles.
We had 8 of the regulars out so it was pretty cool as everyone was keeping a good pace.
Axel and Moby ran to the workout again. These guys are beasts. Moby started from deep in the Pennisula and met Axel at Robbins Park. From these they both ran to NM Park (6+ miles for moby and 3.5 to 4 for Axel).
Once again Lincoln came out…..worked out…….and showered off in the parking lot….then headed to work F3 style!
Please keep our dear friend Earl Grey in your prayers. His sister is battling cancer and took a turn for the worse. Our prayers are with you and your family EG!!
As always, it's awesome to be able to get out with my F3 buddies to workout. I'm greatful for the F1, F2 and the F3. You guys inspire me!
