Like Race City's own esteemed dental doctor(orthodontist) Hummer, I wanted to continue the traditional BackBlast commentary for this morning's cold, did I say cold, post. 11 men got up out of bed, warm, comfy beds, to brave the elements, some even showing in shorts, the two of three OG's of Race City Chief and Crack. YHC pondered for a hot second rocking out the Ranger panties this morning but thought better of it, hence the title of this BackBlast. So here's what went down.

Announcements: Race City's X Mas Party this Saturday at Cupcakes. There was a brief discussion on Cupcake needing help with yard work and cleaning before hand, but no commitments for that, only for the fun stuff. Had a good conversation with LoveShack about the upcoming Star Wars film, and how sucking it up for a midnight showing would be good Heavy training. The PAX killed it this morning, and despite the cold sharpened their minds and bodies and spirits.
Thanks for letting me lead this morning, I'm humbled and honored.
