5 men came to NMP on a beautiful 60 degree morning to go up and down feeder road hill a bunch of times.

Warmorama:

  • Run around parking lot
  • SSH X10
  • Windmill X 10
  • Michael Phelps X 10
  • Penny Picker/though the tunnel/carrot puller/longsnapper X 10
  • Pigeon (Possom moaning uncomfortably)

The Main Thang:

  • Line up at the top of the main road hill.
  • Start with 2 burpees and run half way for 5 Jump Squats then to end for 5 WWII sit-ups. Back up the hill to the half way point for 10 Jump Squats, back to top for 4 burpees. This repeats until you get to 15 WWII, 25 Jump Squats, 8 Burpees. Total 20 Burpees, 50 Jump Squats, 30 WWII and 4 trips up and down hill.
  • Repeato with 5 CDD, Big Baby Crunches, hand release merkins. Same count for each except 20 CDD, 50 Big Baby Crunches and 30 Hand release Mericans.
  • On to the parking lot for Burpee-go-Rounds.
  • Partner up. Pax one starts doing broad jump burpees while pax two runs around island and tags off. Packs flip flop until complete the trip around island. (This was a mess)

Mary:

  • Scissor LBC X 10 (Bagboy left leg only)
  • Scissor LBC X 10 (Firestone right leg only because I care about my right obliques as much as my left)
  • Pigeon called by Blackbeard. (Intensified moaning by Possom)
  • 2.3M (according to Steve Jobs)
  • Recover Recover.

Moleskin:

  • Bagboy killed it as usual
  • YHC's inability to give clear instructions was on full display
  • Lots of not so positive feedback on the amount of jump squats. Did not mix well with the hill climbing.
  • Blackbeard was notably quiet for most of the workout.
  • I was confused by Possom bieng called Jazz Hands during warmorama.
  • Speaking of Possom, the level of love for the Pigeon was slightly uncomfortable. I thought he was going to need a cigarette afterwards.
  • Thought the Burpee go Round was the simple part of the workout, but was very wrong. Complete chaos.
  • Backbeard loves running for anyone wanting to cater a workout to his strength.

Thank you for the opportunity to lead!
