Thanks to El Chapo and Travolta for coming out this morning. We did out best to use all the AOs toys today. There are some very underutilized instruments of pain we found.

Travlota Hill and burpees – yes, this always seems to be a bad combination but worth the pain. Glad we kicked off with it today because I would have probably skipped it if it was later in the workout.
