12 of the fastest pax in Isotope crushed The Vern, as intended. Here is their story:

Frodo, Cubicle, Jobe, and Swingy met The Standard for presumably 2-3 miles. Cobra completed his work after the fact…solid brother. 

This morning we completed The Vern, as intended. Nothing more. Nothing less. 4+ miles with stops for pull ups, dips, Mericans, and LBCs. Mary for some.

Glad to see Mr. Holland is feeling better. Crocs was shot out of a cannon then quickly reeled back in once the work began. Cubicle and Jobe sprinted for the double whites. Pit stop was not far behind but well within the allotted time to complete The Vern, as intended…BOOM! Frodo was content to be present and accounted for, heal up brother. Perrier is quickly becoming a runner again. Popcorn had a lot to say this morning about Goatbuster attendance, or the lack thereof. Jobe only does Mary with Olivia. Tuffy loves The Vern. Swingy is a true Nantan and chose to forgo the FKT to pick up the six. TClaps brother. 

It is necessary in F3, and life, to lead from the front, at times. Push men to go beyond their known capacity by following the drive of their brothers ensuring no man is left where we found him. Other times we push from the back ensuring no man is left behind. That model is best accomplished in teams with leaders in the front, back, and throughout the pax. Pretty solid team this morning proving why F3 is so successful. 

Good time for a pulse check on Qing. A wise Nantan once told YHC early in F3, each pax should Q a minimum of once per month (or 12 times per year). Find the sweet spot that works for you. Enough that you are consistently leading your brothers from the front but not too much that you forget how to follow and pick up the six. The calendar is calling.
