Second Tuesday of the month, so it must be time for The Vern! If you're new to The Vern, here's how it goes:
Run to JV Washam from the 131 Main parking lot. Then complete 5 rounds of the following:
10x pull ups
20x dips
25x merkins
30x LBC
Between each exercise run to bb hoop and back.
When finished, we did a little Mary at the school and then all ran back to 131 Main for COT.
Moleskine:
– With the ~3/4 mile each way to the school, mileage total was right at 4 miles.
– Several new faces for me today — probably regulars at Gladiator, but I haven't made it there since it was moved from 131 Main a while back
– No official Q today, so we sort of shared duties. Primo started to lead us out, but in the wrong direction, so YHC had to course correct
– Landline led the count and name-o-rama (which ended up after the prayer – see what happens with no Q?)
– Amen took us out, as part of his "Week of Amen", including Q's at Hollywood tomorrow and LFC Friday
– Great morning for The Vern — nice weather and light traffic, along with good chatter!
