Mary all inclusive at this swanky resort! There were some studs at this place today. One of which made his workout debut after suffering Coccydynia:

Double Double apparently had a mishap on the ice and hurt the ice bone! He had a strong work out today, despite the slow rise from the Dip bench! Well done Double! Good to see you back! Ventrilo-Grip was pretty silent during this workout. All studs lead during different times of the workout. Appreciate the crowd participation. Ended up running about 2.75 miles during the workout. Strong showing by all!
