The Week of Ich (Day 1)

A couple weeks ago I either had the brilliant idea or terrible idea to Q an entire week of workouts. My hope is to get to spend time in the gloom with as many different Pax as possible. I encourage everyone to step out of your daily routine OA’s and try a new one out. Here’s how this morning went…

Warm up:

  • SSH x20
  • IST x10
  • Carrot puller x10
  • Windmill x10
  • Arm circles

The Thang:

Mosey to blocks and partner up for Dora (one partner runs around lot while the other lifts)

  • 100 swings
  • 200 skull crusher
  • 300 curls
  • 200 squats
  • 100 overhead press

Lunge walk halfway down parking lot/ Bear crawl other half to cars

Mary:

  • LBC x15
  • American hammer x15
  • Flutter kicks x15
  • Pretzel crunch x15 each leg
  • Homer to Marge down on 5 x10
  • Shoulder tap merkins x10
  • Plank 60 sec
