Naked Man Moleskin:

1) The theme if you haven't picked it up yet was some fraction or multiple of 52 for every exercise today – may not be creative but it was a good workout. Pax did 13 total Burpees, 52 Pull-ups, 52 of all Mary and KB exercises and 104 squats

2) Great to have so many of the Old Guard come back out for the workout – thanks to Primo, Bama and Ludi in particular – 4 of the original 6 with Callahan leading over at Arnies Army and unfortunately Moses feeling under the weather

3) Always a pleaseure to have Gnarly Goat, Soprano and other veterans at the workout – thanks to Soprano for the help in calling out exercises today

4) Mumblechatter award of the day goes to Metallica. Damn runners

5) Titan was the stealth mumblechatterer today, probably only Omega and I could hear him, he did his best to break my cadence and make me laugh, and succeeded several times

It was an honor and privilege to lead you men this morning as always – thank you!

Aye!
