We lifted heavy things and put them down numerous times. Some ran. I didn't feel like running today with a tweeked hamstring, despite the encouragement of Mailman. After a few reps, I wish I would have scheduled running in. I had to violate my policy about a warm up today given the harmstring, with that said I still think that warm ups are stupid and are filled with dudes who wear their dad shoes (velcro new balance) and their Karch Kiraly Oakleys as if they were lining up to play beach volleyball. Name-o-rama went over like a wet fart today. Down the rabbit hole we went with a hospital name > best Christmas pagent ever > got mixed up with A Christmas Story > got mixed up with Red Rider BB gun for "Red Rocket". I had a tough time naming the FNG after a dog pecker, so ended it there. FNG-1 is now Early Bird.

Cupcake has got some new Cheez Whiz shoes. I think it helped his turf toe and his form doing curls- it was flawless… Mailman is one funny dude, he makes me laugh every time… Probably needed to schedule a running circuit in there somewhere, rough on the shoulders today. Glad I didn't add Shambalas…
