The Thang:

Mosey the long way to the benches in front of the school

Do everything you can do with a bench except for sit on it. 

First round:

  • Incline Merkins x 10 
  • Decline Merkins x 10 
  • Step ups x 10 each leg
  • Forgot to do dips Sorry!
  • Mosey to the signs and half the Pax do Al Gores with the signs the other half do a little mosey with some quadrifella to the fence. 

Second round:

  • Repeat the first round

Next:

Mosey to the blocks quadrifella up the hill with thank you may I have another 5 to follow. All with blocks

  • Shoulder press
  • Bicep Curls
  • Squats
  • Skull crushers
  • Bent over rows each side

Return blocks quadriefella up the hill mosey back to the launch pad. 

Mary:

  • LBC x 25 IC 
  • Low flutter kicks x 10 IC 
  • WWI of WWII witch one it was x 20 oyo
