Seven Clydesdales rode off into the gloom, returning stronger, and perhaps more tired. Let the history books (errr website) recall our great deeds:

Act 1: run to New Bond @ Pamela, Mt Climber x 20, WWII x 20, Plank-Jack x 20
Act 2: run to Tanners HOA park, OYO; Swing Crunch x 20, Makhtar N’Diayes x 20, DIP x 20 – REPEATO.
Mary: run home (the long way around) Freddie Mercury x 20, HOLD IT, Mercury Freddie x 20, Box Cutter x 20, HOLD IT, Cutter Box x 20, LBC x 20, Plank countdown.
~2.5 miles total with some good core work.
Moleskine:
- I anticipated a high degree of heckling. It's not ever day an AO gets a new MQ. Not sure if the taunting failed to materialize, or I simply shouted cadence over the sound over the heckles. By mid-workout there was more of a mix of silence and moaning, so I’ll take that as a compliment.
- Solid work from Ginger Spice, 13 year old spawn of Jenny. Pop gave the kid some tough love, but the kid held in strong.
- Good seeing Jimmy O come visit us, welcome back any time.
- And a cameo from Brady! You always seem to be there for the big moments.
- Jingle gets no shoutouts until he posts the Excelsior backblast. It’s been 48 hours dude, LAME.
- Best wishes to an injured Dirt, missing you out there brother!
- And finally for Tantrum… thank you for the opportunity to lead this redheaded step-child of yours called Titan. Might just be the push this kid needs to be a little less Clydesdale-y.
