10 hand release merkins

10 block swings

10 block squat thrusters

10 W’s with block aka ball crushers

 

After each of the rounds, an exercise was performed with the exercise tubing band:

  1. Low Flutter 15x IC
  2. Rosalita 15x IC
  3. Low Dolly 15x IC
  4. R side step to third tree
  5. L side step to third tree
  6. Monster Walk to third tree 
  7. Plank walk to third tree

 

Put blocks up.

 

10 pull ups 

10 burpees 

10 chin ups

 

Mosey toward cars and head to wall

 

Balls to the Wall 10 count

Decline merkins feet on ledge 10x IC

People’s chair with touch dem heels 10x Ic

People’s chair with air press 10x IC

 

Mosey to stairs – sprint up and down

The Pax really like to repeat exercises. 

 

Exercise tubing is a good hair removal device and shouldn’t be used on dry skin. Lesson learned. Preblast should include wear long socks or pants.

 

Bam Bam apparently needs to add a "m" to each Bam per the episode of The Flintstones he watched.
