13 brave got to experience my two favorite exercises, and thats all we did!!
light warm up and we gor right to it!!
short run from green to pullup bars where we started pulling in partner fashion:
2-2,3-3,4-4,5-5,6-6, 7-7 starting with total 54 pullups
then short run around the school to begin my next favorite exercise: burpees
we did it in the same rep count for total 54, then you guessed it: back to the pull up bars.
4,6,8,10,12,14 for another 54 making it 108 total for the morning.
ran back to the green where we finished off with burpees and mary between sets for rest; since i owed sauce 100 burpees and i promised i wouldnt do it during a Q we did it in rep counts of 4,6,8,10,12, and 5 for a total of 99.
I think we all had fun and it was great to see the Pax led by all of our members of the "respect" age!! Thank you for constantly motivating and inspiring us all!!
