  • Top: 1 Burpee, 10 Kettle Bell Swings
  • Middle 2 Burpees, 15 Kettle Bell Swings
  • Bottom 3 Burpees, 20 Kettle Bell Swings

Second Set

  • Top: 10 Bell assisted dips, 10 Bent Over Rows.
  • Middle: 15 Bell assisted dips, 15 Bent Over Rows.
  • Bottom: 20 Bell Assisted dips, 20 Bent Over Rows

Last Set:

  • Top: 10 Merkins, 10 Skull Crushers
  • Middle: 15 Merkins, 15 Skull Crushers
  • Bottom: 20 Merkins, 20 Skull Crushers
