Third running of the 2nd Thursday challenge begun with a little warmup.

Run to Queens corner for Rocky Balboa’s 

Run to rock pile to start Challenge.

Challenge 

Pick rock

Do set of each exercise then go to pain clock and beat crawl from 12-3, lunge walk from 3-6 then run back to rocks for next round. 

Round 1. – 25 reps

2 – 20 reps

3 – 15 reps 

4 – 10 reps 

5 – 5 reps
