YHC is overdue + with this BB.  

We had a good crew on Friday at the General including Jose – now known as Centurion.

No one gets to name themselves – but Jose came close.  In CoT as we were getting to know him – he told us he had accepted Christ into his life a week ago.  He told of finding Jesus either A) on the road to Damascus, or B) as a Centurion.  He was the latter.  Once he laid that on us – Centurion seemed appropriate.  Ask him for some insight as you get to meet him.

Travolta gave us all a reminder that taking care of yourself is important.  Some days you just need to unplug, get some good sleep and recharge for what’s to come.  Easier said than done sometimes – great reminder.

Cubicle is beginning a 7 day fast.  Good luck with that brother.  I look forward to hearing about how it goes.  

Oh yeah – there was a workout – we ran, lifted rocks and did the pigeon.
