YHC showed up early with intentions to possibly run before the workout. But upon arrival to the parking lot, it was quickly decided that scrolling on the phone beat running. Drebin attempted to coax the Q into running, but was shut down. AM-PM joined in later.

 

Everyone grabbed 2 blocks and headed to the field.

Warmarama

  • SSH x 30 IC
  • Squats x 15 IC
  • Hillbillies x 10 IC
  • Carrot Puller x 10 IC
  • Merkins x 10 IC

The Thang

Line up at the goal and farmers carry to the first hill

  • Dips x 15 IC

Farmers carry up the hill to midfield.

  • Abyss Merkins x 15 IC

Farmers carry up the hill

  • Dips x 15 IC

Farmers carry down to midfield

  • Abyss Merkins x 10 IC

Farmers carry down the hill.

  • Dips x 10 IC

Farmers carry back to start. Recovery lap.

Run to the hills and bear crawl up each of them and then run back.

Bear crawl across the field.

  • WWII Sit Ups x 20 

Frog Hop back.

Repeato.

Bring blocks back but keep one.

  • OH press x 10 IC
  • Block launchers x 10 IC (this was loved)
  • Curls x 10 IC (nice and slow, making sure the eccentric movement made the biceps burn)

Return the blocks.

Mary

  • Dead bugs x 15 IC
  • SLOW LBCs x 10 IC
  • Low flutter x 60 seconds

Recover. Recover.

Moleskine

  • Stop doing fast curls. Slow = Better.
  • Stop doing fast LBCs. Slow = Better. 
  • Frog hops got a couple guys close to splashing merlot (YHC included!). Try them on your friends!
  • Gambini can’t be fooled into doing a 10-count.
  • AMPM does a fast 10-count
  • Jenny works smarter, not harder (but still works pretty damn hard). Also, don’t cross him on Facebook message boards.
  • Drebin quietly crushed it. This guy is a sleeper – watch out.
