- For those counting at home, that's 300 merkins to start the day (80+150+66+4). Not too shabby.
- Jobe is a glutton for pain and could not get enough of this workout. Rumor has it he did 300 more merkins at home before going to work.
- Popcorn popped his shirt off and then regretted it during V-Ups. He offered to show us the top of his ass and all pax declined.
- Smoker claimed he hadn't felt this out of breath since high school wrestling. I take that as a compliment.
- Butterstick provided the mumblechatter all while crushing the workout.
- Been a while since we had Nair at DS – he put his head down and killed it. Come back out more often (when we start back up in October).
This will be the last Dragon Slayer until October rolls around. All Thursday workouts will be held at Bailey Road on the Bailey Middle Track for IPC2021. Hoping to see big crowds out there each week!
