Nine including one FNG post for a belated birthday party. Two PAX, Sonar and Closer, 51 and 38 respectively, were celebrated with lots of cake. Welcome FNG Regulator, and thanks to the EH Master Spork for putting Regulator in the headlock during Friday Night Football at Mustang.
The focus of the morning was legs and core. While several exercises were completed, the overarching theme was CAKE, see below. I'm rather late on the bb, please provide comments for anything missed.

Everest (E) – from the botton White Line to the top begin with a lunge step then a squat, lunge, squat, lunge, squat, etc. mosey down
Mosey back to bus lot, watch out for the band, and find a spot on the wall.
New move, butt to the wall. PAX lays on back and scoots as close to wall as possible placing legs up the wall, like a human L. Another present for Closer, 38 IC Back to Wall LBCs.
